Julide Troedson is an experienced philanthropy leader, with a career spanning the arts, heritage and charity sectors. She has led major gift programmes, built high-performing teams and secured transformational income for some of the most well loved institutions.

Her approach is rooted in deep relationship management, understanding what motivates donors, philanthropists and corporate partners, and connecting that motivation to causes that create genuine social impact.

Julide has held senior leadership roles at some of the UK's most respected organisations, building teams, securing transformational gifts and shaping the strategies that drive lasting change.

Make-A-Wish UK

Supported the change in culture of non siloed working, created new fundraising propositions, led philanthropy and created The Constellation Collective philanthropic alliance & recruited the Chair and committee.

Moorfields Eye Charity

Led strategic planning and delivery of a £100m capital campaign for Oriel  a world-class integrated centre for eye care, research and education. Managing donor relationships, led a team fundraising for research, education and patient care.

St John Ambulance

Increased income by 30% to £3.8m in six months during one of the most challenging fundraising environments in a generation, including the Covid-19 Emergency Appeal which raised over £3.5m.

Marie Curie UK

Delivered 40% of total philanthropy and partnership income  £4.6m of £11.6m  while rebuilding and stabilising the team through significant organisational change.

During her time as Chair of Trustees, at Include.org , the charity was awarded the King's Award for Voluntary Service (KAVS) by HM Queen Elizabeth II in her Jubilee Year, the highest award given to local voluntary groups and equivalent to an MBE.

Speaker at CIOF Convention 2026, and previously part of the Resource Alliance global storytelling workshop (160 countries), Aquilas Fundraising Leader Insights series, and the Bright Spot podcast.

Third Sector mentor. Graduate of the Outstanding Leadership Programme, Bayes Business School, City University.
